Self Defense for Seniors

Self-defense for seniors is a recently relaunched project that focuses on adapting self-defense techniques for seniors in collaboration with the Brussels Seniors Platform. The focus is strongly on building self-confidence and tackling feelings of insecurity in a big city, while also providing practical self-defense applications for the senior community.
