Taichi can be described as "an ancient Chinese movement theory that is strongly connected to nature and beneficial for body and mind, with combat applications hidden in the movements."

It is also sometimes seen as meditation in motion.

During the lessons, attention is paid to all three elements (medicinal, spiritual and martial aspects).

Each lesson consists of a warm-up, partner exercises (pushing hands) and form.

-beginners: 8 form Yang style.

-intermediate: 24 form Yang style & short form Chen style

-advanced: long form Chen style

Taichi is ideal for fall prevention, especially for seniors. It is also characterized by slow movements and is therefore very suitable for people who like to go through life slowly. ;)

We conclude the lesson with Qi Gong exercises. These are energetic movements to (re)activate the meridians (energy channels).

If you want to commit to an energetic and healthy lifestyle, Taichi and Qi-Gong is an ideal way to achieve this. It is also accessible to everyone!
