For many, life, or at least some phases of it, is a struggle. A struggle against injustice, against excess weight, against illness, and so on. We want to provide you with tools and methods to win this battle or at least help you realize your fighting potential. Each class begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down. It includes: - defense and extrication techniques - kicking, fist, knee, and elbow techniques - pin and choke techniques. Furthermore, much attention is paid to prevention and the mental aspect.
